Her dedication to raising awareness about the devastating effects of plastic pollution has made her a Tide Turner Champion at the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS). She has also utilized non-formal education to educate young people and communities about the importance of protecting our oceans and marine life. As a girl guide, she strives to empower others to take action and make a positive impact on the environment.
